1. Introduction
This policy applies to Rhox (rhox.app), operated by Neurho Solutions SRL, Rue de Priesmont 153, 1495 Villers-la-Ville, Belgium (BCE/KBO 0464.600.997). Cookies and similar technologies that are not essential are only used with your prior consent (article 10/2 of the Belgian Act of 30 July 2018; article 6.1.a GDPR). Essential cookies rely on our legitimate interest in running a secure, working service.
We use four categories, matching the choices in our consent screen: Essential (always active), Performance (site speed measurement via Vercel Speed Insights), Analytics (Google Analytics 4, Vercel Analytics and in-app usage events), and Marketing (Google Ads conversion measurement).

3. Browser storage
We also store some values in your browser itself. They stay on your device until deleted:
- Your consent record (neurho-consent)
- Theme preference and sidebar state
- Jobs-map address cache (so the map loads faster)
- Feed read marker and dismissed notices
- When this device last confirmed or ended your sign-in, so a sign-in lost without logging out is reported to us
For the duration of a tab session only: an analytics session id, an error-report session id, a campaign snapshot, and a sign-in redirect guard.
4. Analytics and measurement
Our own cookieless statistics
Our own analytics use no cookies and store nothing on your device. We briefly process your IP address and browser type to produce daily, non-reversible visit statistics, based on our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used (Article 6.1.f GDPR). You can object at any time via contact@neurho.com.
In-app usage analytics
If you accept Analytics, we record product events (pages viewed, features used) linked to your account to improve Rhox. These are kept for 3 months.
Error reports
To keep Rhox working, we record technical error reports (page, browser, an anonymous session id) based on our legitimate interest.
Google Analytics and Google Ads
We load Google's tag only after you accept Analytics or Marketing cookies; before that, nothing is sent to Google. If you accept Marketing, Google (United States, covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) also receives a hashed, unreadable version of your email address to measure sign-up conversions for our ads.
5. Managing your preferences
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the "Cookie Preferences" link in the footer; withdrawing is as easy as accepting. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings; blocking essential cookies prevents signing in.
