Terms of Service

These Terms are available in English, French and Dutch; the version in the language in which you use the Service applies to you.
1. Who we are and what Rhox is
These Terms govern your use of the Rhox platform (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.

What Rhox is
Rhox is our candidate portal: you create a profile, upload your CV and apply to our job opportunities. We recruit for our own account and employ our consultants; we may propose you to a client company, but only for a specific role and only with your consent. We cannot guarantee that you will be contacted, interviewed or hired, or that the Service is available without interruption. Rhox works in any current web browser on desktop or mobile; no other software is needed.
2. Free for candidates
Rhox is free of charge for candidates. We are paid by client companies when a placement is made.
3. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts. Keep your information accurate and up to date, maintain only one account, and keep your credentials confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us at contact@neurho.com.
4. Your content
You own your content
You keep full ownership of the content you submit, including your CV and profile.
What you allow us to do
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process your content to provide the Service, and to share your profile with a client company when you confirm your interest in a specific role.
Accuracy
You confirm that the information you provide is truthful. Misrepresenting your qualifications or work history may lead to closure of your account.
5. Acceptable use
Use Rhox only for seeking employment opportunities. You must not:
- Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users or our staff
- Infringe intellectual property rights of Rhox or third parties
These restrictions are the grounds on which we may moderate content or close accounts (see sections 6 and 7).
6. Moderation and reporting
We check content with automated tools and human review. If you believe content on Rhox is illegal or breaches these Terms, report it to contact@neurho.com; we will review it and tell you our decision. If we restrict your content or account, we tell you why and you can contest the decision at the same address.
7. Ending the contract
By you
You can close your account at any time, free of charge, from your settings or by writing to contact@neurho.com. Your data is then handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
14-day right of withdrawal
You may also withdraw from this contract within 14 days of creating your account, without giving a reason, by a clear statement to contact@neurho.com (you can use the model below). As the Service is free, withdrawal simply closes your account.
Model withdrawal form: "To Neurho Solutions SRL, Rue de Priesmont 153, 1495 Villers-la-Ville, Belgium (contact@neurho.com): I hereby withdraw from my contract for the Rhox service. Account email: [your email]. Date: [date]."
By us
We may close your account immediately if you seriously breach these Terms (for example a false identity, fraudulent applications, or unlawful content) or if the law requires it; you can contest by replying to our email. In other cases, we give you at least 30 days' notice.
8. Changes to the Service or these Terms
We may change the Service and these Terms. We will notify you of significant changes by email or in the app at least 30 days before they take effect. If you do not agree, you can close your account at any time, free of charge.
9. Law and disputes
Governing law and courts
These Terms are governed by Belgian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules, and access to the courts, of your country of residence.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have under Belgian and EU consumer and data protection law.
