Job description
We are looking for an Administrative Officer with SAP experience to support procurement for projects involving ground surveys and site supervision. You will help keep orders, deliveries and invoices running smoothly and make the ordering process easier for colleagues.
Your role
- Process purchase requests and turn them into orders.
- Liaise with suppliers on project planning.
- Answer colleagues' questions about the ordering process and help them find practical solutions.
- Identify opportunities to simplify and improve processes.
- Document working methods and help colleagues understand and apply changes.
You have
- Expertise in Microsoft Office, with at least ten years of experience.
- Expertise in SAP Fiori, with at least ten years of experience.
- Expertise in SAP S/4HANA, with at least ten years of experience.
- Dutch at C2 level.
A plus
- Four to six years of experience as an Administrative Officer, including work in the role within the last year.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- A collaborative approach.

- Initiative in improving processes.
