A vocational education and training network in Belgium, bringing together five training centres and 24 campuses across Flanders and Brussels, is reorganising how IT and data are structured and governed. This senior Agile Coach role supports the people side of that agile transformation through change strategy, stakeholder engagement, and coaching for the future organisation.
The mission
The programme concerns agile transformation across a Belgian training network. It covers five training centres and 24 campuses, with the aim of defining future collaboration models, processes, roles, and governance for IT and data across the network. The assignment is planned as a multi-year initiative and involves management teams, project teams, and other stakeholders affected by the organisational changes.
Within this setting, you will apply organizational change management for IT and data. You will assess stakeholder needs, shape communication and change plans, and help teams adopt new ways of working, responsibilities, and collaboration models. Your leadership coaching for management teams will support decision-making and alignment, while your work will connect local adoption with the broader transformation plan.
Your responsibilities
- Shape the change strategy and transformation planning for the future IT and data organisation.
- Build stakeholder engagement across the network by identifying affected groups, concerns, and adoption needs.
- Develop communication, knowledge transfer, and change activities that make new roles and processes understandable.
- Facilitate workshops with management teams, project teams, and other stakeholders to reach practical agreements.
- Coach leaders and teams as they adopt new collaboration models, processes, and responsibilities.
- Identify resistance early and embed culture change so that the new ways of working remain sustainable.
