A large IT organisation is evolving its operating model and Agile Way of Working across a complex technology environment. As a senior Agile Transformation Coach, you will assess Agile maturity, shape a transformation roadmap and Agile governance model, and coach Agile Coaches, IT management and multidisciplinary teams through organisational change. The role combines Agile & Lean expertise with operating model design, facilitation, metrics and decision-making at team, management and organisational level.
The mission
The transformation covers the current way of working, IT governance and collaboration between delivery teams and architecture, security, portfolio management and leadership. You will analyse strengths, gaps, risks and dependencies, then translate the digital strategy into priorities, milestones and a target operating model. The resulting roadmap will guide short-, medium- and long-term initiatives across the IT organisation. This work gives management a common basis for decisions, accountability and continuous improvement.
Your day-to-day scope spans assessment, design, coaching and implementation support. You will work with IT management, the Agile Coaching Team, Agile Coaches and multidisciplinary stakeholders to define decision rights, governance forums, leadership behaviours and practical ways of working. You will also establish an OKR, KPI and metrics framework covering delivery, flow, quality, value and maturity, with reporting that shows progress and impact. Through coaching and mentoring, you will strengthen the team's capability to handle complex transformation and change questions independently.
