We're looking for an AI Security Expert to assess AI/GenAI use, governance and security risks, focusing on the European AI Act and shadow AI. You'll shape an evidence-based improvement plan and brief the CISO and management.
What you'll do
- Inventory AI/GenAI tools, including shadow AI, and assess associated risks.
- Review AI governance, policies, roles and accountability for responsible AI use.
- Assess prompt injection, data leakage and model security in AI applications.
- Analyse alignment with the European AI Act and related compliance requirements.
- Interview IT, data/AI, business and DPO stakeholders; facilitate workshops.
- Document recommendations, brief the CISO and management, and transfer knowledge.
What you bring
- Senior expertise in AI/GenAI security, providing authoritative advice with broad direction.
- Experience conducting AI/GenAI risk assessments, including shadow AI.
- Knowledge of AI governance, responsible-use policies, roles and accountability frameworks.
- Knowledge of European AI Act requirements and related compliance, including how they interact with the GDPR.
- Ability to assess prompt injection, data leakage, model security and adversarial ML.
- Familiarity with AI risk and audit methods, including NIST AI RMF or ISO/IEC 42001.
- Clear, concise reporting to the CISO and management under time pressure.
- Dutch or French (B2); English (B2).
- Master's degree or equivalent extensive relevant experience.
Nice to have
- Certifications such as ISO/IEC 42001 Lead Auditor or Lead Implementer, AI governance certifications, CISSP or CISM.
