We're looking for a test analyst to define and run tests for number plate recognition systems. You'll work with developers and business analysts to check functionality, connectivity and data flows.
What you'll do
- Define test plans, detailed scenarios and scripts.
- Run functional, technical, acceptance and regression tests, including retesting.
- Maintain automated tests to detect problems quickly.
- Track defects and document findings.
- Report test progress, results and analysis.
- Update release notes and improve testing instructions.
What you bring
- At least five years of hands-on experience.
- Experience setting up and documenting tests.
- Basic technical understanding of IT systems and applications.
- Knowledge of tools, test data and test environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and planning skills.
- A methodical, thorough approach, with attention to users' needs.
- Willingness to learn the domain and share knowledge.
