Job description
We are looking for a Business Analyst and Tester to support the digitalisation of planning and environmental permit processes. You will help translate business needs into a sustainable solution, bringing together process analysis, requirements and acceptance testing.
Your role
- Work with the project manager, business teams and stakeholders to understand their objectives and processes.
- Prepare, facilitate and document workshops. Model business needs, data flows and exchanges between participants.
- Define, maintain and communicate functional and non-functional requirements. Contribute to specifications for a potential retendering of the solution.
- Coordinate with architects, product owners and other analysts to keep the analysis consistent.
- Support the testing team with acceptance and validation scenarios when needed, and help business users execute them.
- Obtain validation of deliverables and check that the selected solution meets the documented needs. Propose simplifications within the project’s constraints.
You have
- At least three years of experience in team management.
- At least three years of experience with presentation techniques and tools.
- At least three years of experience with training techniques and tools.
- At least three years of experience with application demonstration techniques and tools.
- At least three years of experience with application documentation generation.
- At least three years of experience in application testing.
- At least three years of experience writing specifications for complex IT solutions.
- At least three years of experience with environmental permits, including legislation and processes.
- At least three years of practical experience with Jira.
- At least three years of practical experience with Confluence.
- At least three years of substantial experience as a functional analyst on complex IT projects, as a principal activity.
- French at C2 level.
A plus
- At least three years of experience as a business analyst.
- Knowledge of a testing method.
- A proactive approach to collaboration and proposing improvements.
