A financial services organisation is strengthening the Business Analyst capacity of its Mobility business line, which finances vehicles through importers, dealers and other national partners in Belgium and Luxembourg. The business line handles approximately €2 billion in annual production and €4.5 billion in outstanding financing, creating a need for reliable performance reporting and coordinated project management. This senior Business Analyst role in mobility finance combines an Agile way of working with practical use of MS Office to create a consistent management framework.
The mission
The Mobility business operates in a BtoBtoC model across vehicle, motorcycle and motorhome financing. Its partners include importers, used-vehicle specialists and dealer networks, while the business tracks volume, margin, profitability and pricing. The reporting and governance framework will support partner steering, commercial performance reviews, pricing changes and economic analysis for tenders.
You will work across three connected areas: business performance reporting, support for Key Account Managers and coordination of Mobility business projects. Your role will be to consolidate and validate information, create a common view of actions and decisions, and connect operational follow-up with the wider governance process. The position suits a financial sector business analyst with project management experience who can work independently and communicate clearly with business stakeholders.
Your responsibilities
- Consolidate and validate business performance data covering volume, margin, profitability and pricing.
- Establish business performance reporting for partner steering, with clear ownership, status and follow-up actions.
- Support Key Account Managers by tracking action plans, identifying deviations and preparing decision-ready updates.
- Coordinate Mobility business projects, including milestones, dependencies, risks and required stakeholder decisions.
- Prepare management and governance materials that connect performance, action plans and project progress.
- Surface alerts, pending decisions and required arbitrations early enough for the appropriate stakeholders to act.
