A major insurance organisation is strengthening its Data & AI Intelligence capability supporting the Non-Life business. As a Business Analyst Data & AI, you will translate business needs into data requirements, use SQL and Power BI to produce actionable insights, and turn analytical results into executive-ready PowerPoint narratives for decision-making and adoption.
The mission
The Data Intelligence team connects insurance business questions with reporting, analytics and AI/GenAI delivery. Its work covers use-case definition, data analysis, dashboard development, solution validation and measurement of business outcomes. Delivery involves business, IT, data and AI stakeholders, so the role must make requirements understandable to both technical and non-technical audiences.
You will follow a use case from initial requirement gathering through planning, testing, deployment and adoption. You will coordinate actions across teams, maintain documentation and risks, validate whether delivered solutions answer the business need, and support change management where AI or GenAI solutions are introduced. A substantial part of the role is PowerPoint storytelling, building clear narratives, visuals and ROI logic that help senior stakeholders decide and support adoption.
