We're looking for a senior Business Analyst to improve card products and services, linking business and IT.
What you'll do
- Analyse card issues and change requests.
- Develop business requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Define scope, target operating model and business-IT interfaces.
- Evaluate options with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Follow implementation through business acceptance testing.
What you bring
- At least six years' experience as a Business Analyst in cards.
- Expertise in card products, processes and related services.
- Knowledge of Belgium's cards industry, players and trends.
- Ability to communicate complex business topics and their links to IT.
- Dutch (B2), French (B2) and English (C1).
- Master's in Business Management or equivalent experience.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of card technology and architecture.
- Project management or Product Owner experience in cards.
- Experience with agile methods; knowledge of other payment methods such as Wero or Apple Pay.
