A Belgian financial institution's Fraud Cluster develops tools for fraud prevention and detection and coordinates the bank-wide response to fraudulent activity. A senior Business Analyst Expert in the Fraud Cluster works within the Customer Servicing and Efficiency tribe, combining business analysis and functional analysis with Agile ideation and refinement, plus ownership of end-to-end OPUS and feature delivery.
The mission
The Fraud Cluster provides tools used to prevent and detect fraud and helps coordinate a bank-wide fraud strategy. It operates within a tribe that supports remote customer interactions, process automation and fraud-related solutions. The work connects business priorities with functional and technical solutions that can be delivered and adopted across the organisation.
You will lead analysis from the first business need through a mature OPUS or feature, acting as OPUS Owner or Feature Owner where assigned. You will facilitate ideation and refinement with business stakeholders, squad colleagues and other contributors, challenging requirements where efficiency, customer experience or strategic fit can be improved. You will document needs clearly, obtain validation through mock-ups and data visualisations, and translate them into requirements that delivery colleagues can use autonomously. Your scope continues through end-to-end testing, defect and risk reporting, change support and go-live monitoring.

- Produce functional analysis, mock-ups, graphs and data visualisations that make requirements and customer experience impacts unambiguous.
- Prepare and contribute to end-to-end testing, helping verify new functionality and follow up defects.
- Support onboarding and go-live by mapping business needs to delivered functionality and monitoring open points.
