We're looking for a senior business analyst for ServiceNow workflows, turning business needs into workable requirements through functional analysis and conceptual modelling. You'll shape end-to-end processes and data flows, then support delivery from requirements through testing and user adoption.
What you'll do
- Elicit and challenge needs against functional and technical feasibility.
- Model end-to-end processes and data flows using UML, ARIS and mock-ups.
- Translate needs into documented requirements and functional analysis for ServiceNow.
- Liaise with stakeholders and developers to clarify solution requirements.
- Support end-to-end testing and business users' adoption of new functionality.
- Manage constraints, risks and issues to keep delivery on track.
What you bring
- Senior business analysis experience, including functional analysis.
- Experience with conceptual modelling methods, including UML, ARIS and mock-ups.
- Good expertise in MS Office.
- Strong understanding of workflow processes.
- An analytical, structured and customer-focused approach, with attention to detail.
- Strong stakeholder management and clear written and spoken communication.
- Dutch, French and English (C1), spoken and written.
- A Master's degree or equivalent experience.
Nice to have
- ServiceNow knowledge and basic functional and technical knowledge.
- Agile methodology or feature-owner experience.
