We're looking for a senior to turn business needs into requirements for a KYC front-end application. You'll own part of the analysis across the project lifecycle, working with other analysts, product owners, architects, developers and testers.
What you'll do
- Elicit and document business, stakeholder, solution and transition requirements.
- Design business processes and define detailed product use cases.
- Manage requirements traceability for impact and coverage analysis.
- Translate requirements into test conditions and expected results.
- Review designs and prototypes against agreed requirements.
- Define application metrics and performance goals with delivery teams.
What you bring
- At least four years of experience in KYC IT projects. Operational KYC experience alone is insufficient.
- Experience with techniques and methods.
- Strong skills.
- experience and a good understanding of IT and testing.
- Understanding of workflow processes and strong conceptual and technical IT knowledge.
- Experience working in a environment.
- Strong , communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
- A structured, analytical approach to problem-solving, with attention to quality and detail.
