The mission
You work directly with clients in an assigned portfolio, handling questions about domestic and international accounts. You analyse each request, provide clear feedback and coordinate post-implementation requests for cash management products and applications.
Questions cover payments, reporting, cash pooling, cards and electronic applications. You track progress, update clients during status meetings and liaise with several departments across countries. Managing the portfolio carefully helps you advise clients, take proactive action and address recurring issues.
Scheduled training keeps your knowledge of products and applications current. The role combines independent analysis, accurate follow-up and clear communication with clients and colleagues.
