We're looking for a senior business change consultant to help teams adopt an -based platform for digital case management, reference data and data publication. You'll focus on the human side of changing business processes, working practices and tools.
What you'll do
- Implement and monitor the agreed approach.
- Connect business teams' transformation concerns with the programme team.
- Help operational teams understand and adopt new tools and practices.
- Co-create transition tools focused on the human aspects of change.
- Adapt communication plans for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with delivery teams and report to the lead change manager.

- Proven hands-on experience with tangible results.

- Executive programme certification from a recognised business school.

- Applied knowledge of positive leadership and team mobilisation techniques.
