A corporate organisation is developing a culture transformation programme to support its strategic ambitions. Working alongside the culture strategy lead, this senior business project manager coordinates delivery, stakeholder engagement, communications and reporting across the programme.
The mission
The programme turns cultural ambitions into coordinated diagnostics, workshops, engagement activities and follow-up. You maintain the overall roadmap, connect HR, Communications, business stakeholders and external partners, and keep sponsors and governance bodies informed.
Your day-to-day work combines planning with practical administration. You coordinate surveys, focus groups and interviews, consolidate qualitative and quantitative employee feedback, track culture-related adoption and participation indicators, and prepare materials that help people take part in the transformation. You support change management activities, develop workshop materials and toolkits, and coordinate the logistics of events and interventions.
Your responsibilities
- Manage project plans, milestones, deliverables, dependencies and timelines.
- Track risks, issues, resources, capacity, budget, performance and bottlenecks.
- Coordinate diagnostics, workshops, meetings and culture engagement activities.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, minutes, action trackers and stakeholder materials.
- Develop dashboards and reports covering progress, adoption, participation and culture-related KPIs.
- Maintain documentation, version control, change control, SharePoint sites and roadmaps.
- Liaise with HR, Communications, business teams and partners, and drive agreed actions to completion.
Your profile
Essential skills
- At least two years' experience in project management.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Familiarity with project management processes and tools.
- Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
- Structured, pragmatic and goal-oriented approach, with strong attention to detail.
- Strategic thinking, analytical and synthesis skills, and an overall view.
- Strong communication, diplomatic and customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to motivate people and work autonomously, proactively and persistently.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and coordinate diverse stakeholders.
Preferred skills
- Knowledge of HR, organisational culture and change management.
- Experience managing SharePoint sites and project documentation.
- Experience working in a large corporate environment.
