A water infrastructure organisation is strengthening resilience of services that collect and treat wastewater. As Business Project Manager Operational Resilience, you coordinate organisation-wide implementation of Critical Entities Resilience (CER) requirements, from planning through follow-up.
The mission
Your mission is to help the organisation meet its legal obligations for critical-entity resilience on time and with evidence. You translate CER requirements into the organisational, technical and operational measures needed to protect continuity of essential services.
You work across project and programme management, risk, business continuity, crisis management, compliance and governance. The role connects multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders, while keeping infrastructure, operational processes and security in view.
Your responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate the full CER implementation programme.
- Track measures, milestones and evidence against legal requirements.
- Connect multidisciplinary teams across organisational, technical and operational work.
- Identify and assess risks affecting essential service continuity.
- Coordinate business continuity and crisis management activities.
- Communicate progress, risks and requirements to stakeholders.
Your profile
Essential skills
- At least five years of relevant experience in project management, compliance, risk management, business continuity, security or a comparable field.
- Experience with project and programme management.
- Knowledge of risk management, business continuity management and crisis management.
- Knowledge of compliance and governance processes.
- Strong analytical, coordination and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to connect multidisciplinary teams.
- Affinity with infrastructure, operational processes and security.
