We're looking for a mid-level cybersecurity infrastructure project manager specialising in identity and access management (IAM). You'll lead complex IAM implementations across infrastructure, applications and cloud, from initial scoping through production.
What you'll do
- Lead IAM projects from scoping and solution selection through deployment and production.
- Define scope, objectives, schedules, resources, budgets, deliverables and project risks.
- Coordinate infrastructure, network, cloud and security specialists, suppliers and business stakeholders.
- Integrate IAM with HR records, directories, applications, cloud and infrastructure services.
- Guide identity migrations, access provisioning, testing, change and user adoption.
- Deliver infrastructure security projects involving Zero Trust, SASE, VPN and firewalls.
What you bring
- Recent, demonstrable experience delivering an IAM implementation in a complex environment.
- Project management from study through go-live, including dependencies, risks and reporting.
- IAM expertise in identity lifecycles, provisioning, RBAC, SSO and access reviews.
- Knowledge of least privilege, separation of duties, federation, MFA and passwordless authentication.
- Cybersecurity knowledge covering NIS2, ISO 27001, Zero Trust, PAM, PKI and HSM.
- Knowledge of networks, firewalls, VPN, SASE and cloud security.
- Supplier coordination and public procurement experience.
- Human change management and communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- French at B2 level.
