We're looking for a communications consultant to plan and deliver accessible communication about holidays and leisure. You'll combine communication strategy with hands-on content creation for people facing social or financial barriers.
What you'll do
- Develop and deliver communication plans and campaigns.
- Maintain websites and digital communication channels.
- Manage and monitor digital campaigns.
- Write and publish content for volunteers, partners and holidaymakers.
- Create newsletters and mailings for different audiences.
- Turn communication and web into practical improvements.
What you bring
- At least three years of experience as a communications consultant.
- Experience with CMS platforms such as or equivalent systems.
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as ActiveCampaign, Mautic or Flexmail.
- Experience communicating with people in socially vulnerable situations.
- Ability to turn complex information into clear, accessible communication.
- Ability to communicate the social value of holidays and leisure respectfully, without stigma.
- Understanding of financial, health and administrative barriers to holidays.
- Experience working with social organisations and tourism providers.
