A major insurance organisation is strengthening its Digital Servicing team around Microsoft Copilot Chat and Copilot for Microsoft 365. This Copilot Adoption Specialist role supports the day-to-day adoption of Copilot solutions, combining Microsoft Copilot systems knowledge with training, community management, and functional user support.
The mission
The organisation is expanding the use of Copilot across business teams, so the focus is not on technical deployment alone. The work covers a broad internal user base and requires a structured approach to onboarding, learning content, community animation, and feedback collection. Because Copilot features evolve quickly, the team needs someone who can follow the roadmap and translate updates into clear guidance.
In practice, you will sit between technology and end users. You will answer functional questions, run workshops, maintain the prompt library, and spot recurring adoption barriers. Your work will feed back into the broader Digital Servicing roadmap, helping the organisation decide which features, use cases, and improvements create the most value.
Your responsibilities
- Drive adoption of Microsoft Copilot Chat and Copilot for Microsoft 365 through community activities, targeted communications, and regular user engagement.
- Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and learning materials tailored to different user profiles.
- Support day-to-day functional support for end users, resolving usage questions and capturing recurring issues.
- Test new Copilot features, assess their business value, and produce clear recommendations for stakeholders.
- Build and maintain a central prompt library, validating high-value prompts and encouraging useful contributions from the community.
- Monitor licence usage and adoption signals, then propose actions that improve alignment with business priorities.
