The mission
The platform combines a central knowledge database with Belgian and international evidence-based content, interoperability standards, artificial intelligence and publisher licensing. It supports clinical decisions with trusted information tailored to Belgium. The specialist works across content providers, metadata standards and licensing rights.
Your responsibilities
- Assess content integration models and publisher technical capabilities.
- Onboard content providers through APIs and metadata standards.
- Negotiate rights for redistribution, translation, contextualisation and AI use.
- Manage licensing agreements with international scientific publishers.
- Apply metadata governance, content interoperability and healthcare classifications.
Your profile
Essential skills
- Senior experience with evidence-based knowledge platforms and point-of-care information services.
- Proven experience collaborating with international scientific publishers and negotiating licensing.
- Experience onboarding content providers through APIs and metadata standards.
- Knowledge of metadata governance and content interoperability principles.
- Understanding of SNOMED CT, ICD, ICPC and HL7 FHIR.
