Job description
We are looking for a Data Scientist / AI Engineer to develop a matching engine connecting jobseeker profiles with jobs and training opportunities. The mission covers the evolution and validation of the engine, its integration with business tools and the gradual replacement of existing matching solutions.
Your role
- Develop the matching engine and data pipelines, including ingestion in Microsoft Fabric, semantic search, scoring and reranking.
- Deploy Azure, Fabric and AI environments, set up CI/CD and monitoring, and address security, identity, compliance and sovereignty requirements.
- Expose the engine through APIs and connectors for business applications.
- Prepare test data and protocols, measure result relevance and support releases in collaboration with technical and business teams.
- Maintain the solution, document it, transfer knowledge and support the retirement of replaced tools.
You have
- At least one year of experience with Azure AI Foundry.
- At least one year of experience with Azure AI Search.
- At least one year of experience with Azure App Service.
- At least one year of experience with Docker.
- At least one year of experience with indexing and semantic search in Azure AI Search.
- At least one year of experience with fuzzy matching.
- At least one year of experience with Microsoft Fabric.
- At least one year of experience with Python.
- Dutch or French at C1 level.
A plus
- English at C1 level.
- At least one year of experience as a Data Scientist / AI Engineer, including work in the past year.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure.
- Experience designing and developing data and AI solutions.
- Experience with data ingestion and pipelines.
- Experience with matching scores.
- Experience with reranking.
- Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience setting up monitoring.
- Experience with data quality.
- Experience testing matching engines and assessing result relevance.
