Job description
We are looking for a Data Scientist to help develop a matching engine that connects jobseeker profiles with employment and training opportunities. The mission combines frontend development, clear presentation of AI results and contributions to the engine itself, ahead of a planned service launch and the gradual replacement of existing matching tools.
Your role
- Design and develop interfaces presenting profile assessments, job and training proposals, and recommended pathways.
- Make matching results understandable by showing correspondence criteria, skills gaps and the ranking of proposals.
- Build dashboards covering data quality, test results, usage and engine performance.
- Co-design accessible, multilingual interfaces with users and technical and business stakeholders through workshops, demonstrations and test feedback.
- Contribute to matching and reranking logic, API contracts, containerised applications and release validation alongside an Azure and Fabric expert.
- Document, maintain and support the deployed solutions.
You have
- One to four years of experience in frontend development and integration.
- One to four years of experience with Microsoft Azure AI.
- One to four years of experience with Microsoft Azure AI Search.
- One to four years of experience with Microsoft Fabric.
- One to four years of experience with Python.
- One to four years of experience with R.
- Dutch or French at C1 level.
A plus
- English at C1 level.
- One to four years of recent experience as a Data Scientist.
- End-to-end development of AI applications.
- Experience presenting results.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure.
