Job description
We are looking for an Expert Change Coach to strengthen how a management committee works together during an organisational and cultural transformation. You will help its members build a shared view of their current practices, take collective responsibility for decisions and sustain progress independently.
Your role
- Design an approach covering diagnosis, collective work and follow-up, and adapt it with the leadership team.
- Interview each committee member and selected members of the wider management community, with particular attention to infrastructure and operations.
- Share the diagnosis and agree the next steps with the leader and the committee.
- Prepare and facilitate collective working sessions, including a seminar.
- Follow up on the committee's commitments and provide occasional individual support when requested.
You have
- At least eight years of experience supporting management committees.
- At least eight years of experience supporting senior leaders.
- At least one year of experience in team coaching.
- At least one year of experience supporting change management.
- French at C2 level.
A plus
- At least ten years of experience as a business change consultant.
- At least ten years of professional communication experience.
- Experience supporting management committees in the public sector or organisations of comparable size.
- A service-oriented approach.
