Job description
We are looking for an Expert Programme Manager to guide innovation and help turn data and AI strategy into a feasible plan. The mission brings together programme management, governance and the transition towards data- and AI-driven ways of working.
Your role
- Define a data and AI strategy and translate it into a feasible plan using an Agile approach.
- Guide organisations and teams through innovation initiatives.
- Build support for change towards data- and AI-driven working.
- Define and implement governance for data, AI and technology.
You have
- At least eight years of programme management experience in infrastructure projects or development projects.
- At least fifteen years of experience in infrastructure projects or development projects.
- At least ten years of experience defining a data and AI strategy and translating it into a feasible plan using an Agile approach.
- At least ten years of experience coaching organisations and teams through innovation initiatives.
- Experience building support and managing change towards data- and AI-driven working.
- Experience defining and implementing data, AI and technology governance.
- Experience with initiatives in a public-sector context.
- Dutch at C2 level.
A plus
- Experience with project management techniques and tools.
- Experience in risk management.
- Experience in issue management.
- Experience with project management methodologies, including their terminology, organisation, roles and processes.
- Ability to share expert knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Knowledge of and experience with ITIL.
- Knowledge of and experience with a programme management methodology.
- A project management methodology certification.
