We're looking for a Functional Analyst to turn business needs into functional designs and guide new or changed business applications from analysis through delivery. This Agile mission combines process modelling, customer journeys and close collaboration with business and technical teams.
What you'll do
- Analyse existing business processes and identify functional and non-functional user needs.
- Model processes and customer journeys using BPMN and UML.
- Translate requirements into functional designs, application specifications and data models.
- Write user stories and maintain project documentation in Confluence.
- Work with developers to validate designs and clarify technical specifications.
- Follow functionality through delivery, including test plans and cases.
What you bring
- Experience in functional and business analysis across project phases at medior level.
- Strong Agile/Scrum, BPMN, UML and customer journey analysis skills.
- Experience writing user stories and performing test analysis and design.
- Working knowledge of SQL and Confluence.
- Ability to understand APIs, mappings, services and batch processes, without performing technical development.
- Clear communication, structured analysis and ability to work with business and technical stakeholders.
- Native French, B2 English and B2 Dutch.

- Belgian nationality is required for this role.
