We're looking for a specialist architect to design -compliant 365 across and MS Teams. You'll define governance, secure document sharing and controls preventing Copilot from bypassing permissions.
What you'll do
- Design permissions for confidential and non-confidential libraries.
- Define administrator roles, site ownership and centralised access-approval procedures.
- Design external document sharing without exposing personal OneDrive workspaces.
- Incorporate MS Purview security labels and retention into access governance.
- Set up access monitoring, periodic reviews and audit trails.
- Document governance, standard templates and procedures for servicedesk maintenance.
What you bring
- Eight years of expert experience as a specialist or enterprise architect.
- Knowledge and experience of modelling techniques: , , UML, .
