Job description
We are looking for an ICT Business Analyst to help turn business needs into AI solutions. You will connect business and technical teams, shape requirements for AI models and support their validation and introduction in an Agile environment.
Your role
- Gather and develop business requirements with domain experts and end users.
- Translate business needs and operational rules into functional specifications and acceptance criteria for AI models.
- Plan and monitor AI projects or product development, including scope, schedules, risks and reporting.
- Validate and test AI solutions with business teams and support their introduction.
- Develop and optimise business processes, working with stakeholders across business and technical teams.
You have
- Experience connecting business and technical teams in an Agile environment.
- At least eight years of experience in business operations applied to ICT.
- At least five years of experience planning and monitoring AI projects or product development, including scope, schedules, risks and reporting.
- Experience validating and testing AI solutions with business teams.
- Experience supporting the introduction of AI solutions.
- Experience translating business needs and operational rules into functional specifications for an AI model.
- Experience translating business needs and operational rules into acceptance criteria for an AI model.
- At least three years of experience gathering and developing business requirements for AI solutions with domain experts and end users.
- Experience developing and optimising business processes (BPM).
- Dutch at C2 level.
A plus
- Experience in stakeholder management.
- Knowledge and experience of project management, including costs, timing, coordination, planning and estimates.
