Take ownership of a major FMIS migration as an ICT Expert medior — apply your Archibus expertise and integration skills to move users from MyMCS to Archibus on-site in Melle, Belgium. This role gives you visible ownership of analysis-to-deployment work and the chance to shape the facility management tooling used across the organisation.
Role Overview
Join a focused project team delivering the Archibus migration and future-proof tooling for facility management. You will lead both functional and technical workstreams, collaborating closely with the solution architect and functional analyst to design, implement and validate scalable integrations and upgrades.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the functional and technical analysis for the MyMCS → Archibus migration, translating business requirements into implementation plans.
- Design and implement integrations between Archibus and other platforms, ensuring robust API connectivity and reliable data flows.
- Produce technical designs, configuration plans and test strategies in close collaboration with the solution architect and functional analyst.
- Execute and validate data migrations, mappings and upgrade tasks to ensure data integrity and continuity of service.
- Provide on-site support during roll-out: troubleshoot issues, drive remediation and coach operational teams.
- Document configurations, parameters, runbooks and operational reports to enable maintainable handover to support teams.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years' demonstrable experience in ICT roles within FMIS or facility-management tooling (medior level).
- Strong hands-on experience with Archibus configuration, modules and administration.
- Proven experience integrating Archibus with external systems and implementing connectors or API-based integrations.
- Solid background in system migrations and upgrades, including data mapping, ETL processes and validation.
- Ability to produce clear technical and functional specifications and to translate them into working solutions on-site in Melle.
- Comfortable collaborating directly with architects, analysts and operational stakeholders on-site.
