A major financial institution is modernising the application landscape used by its Fraud Investigation teams. As Initiative Owner for the Fraud Cluster, you will lead the Fraud Investigation Tool Decommissioning Initiative (FIT), combining senior program management with technical and functional understanding to replace an operational fraud platform. Your work will connect business, IT, risk and regulatory stakeholders through an Agile delivery roadmap.
The mission
The Fraud cluster owns capabilities for fraud detection, fraud tagging and case management that support investigators' daily work and protect customers. The initiative will retire FIT and coordinate the move to a more efficient and scalable platform as part of the wider Customer Servicing & Efficiency Tribe roadmap. This includes aligning process, technology, security, risk and regulatory considerations across the impacted application landscape. The outcome must support reliable investigations and measurable operational value.
You will own the initiative from definition through go-to-market, covering purpose, value, OPUS prioritisation, roadmap, KPIs, budget, dependencies and risks. You will work with the Cluster Product Owner, Product Owners, Outcome Owners, squads, architects, security architects, regulatory and risk instances, and IT contributors. You will prepare the required initiative ceremonies, maintain a shared view of stakeholder needs and monitor delivery across contributing constructs. You will also document SAP budget requests and provide clear updates to middle and senior management.
