We're looking for an expert IT Functional Analyst to turn business needs into detailed solutions across existing IT systems. The work combines KYC analysis with functional design and Agile delivery, from initial analysis through production support.
What you'll do
- Clarify business needs, compare solution options, and assess costs and benefits.
- Define functional requirements, data, processes and application impacts.
- Coordinate architects and technical teams on architecture, security and component responsibilities.
- Follow development and testing, analyse defects, and support integration and release.
- Support deployment across environments and coordinate fixes for production incidents.
- Assist operational teams and helpdesks, keeping solution documentation up to date.
What you bring
- At least eight years of relevant experience in functional analysis.
- Functional and technical knowledge of existing IT systems.
- KYC knowledge and analysis methodology aligned with enterprise standards.
- Ability to turn business requirements into detailed functional specifications.
- A bachelor's degree.
- Dutch (C1), French (C1) and English (C1).
- A rigorous, methodical approach, with analytical accuracy, clear communication and adaptability.
- An Agile mindset: share knowledge, learn from feedback and adapt your approach.
- Focus on team outcomes and contribute across disciplines when sprint goals require it.
Nice to have
- Practical experience with Scrum.
