The mission
Projects may include migration and modernisation of a data platform, implementation of digital solutions, or optimisation of existing applications and processes. Other initiatives may focus on , reporting and data-led ways of working.
Take end-to-end ownership of one or several projects, from planning through delivery. Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks and dependencies. Coordinate business stakeholders, internal ICT teams, external suppliers and integration partners. Support business choices, facilitate decisions and escalate issues when needed.

Your profile
Essential skills
- At least five years' experience leading infrastructure or development projects.
- Experience delivering projects in the public sector.
- Experience working in complex organisations with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience directing external suppliers and integration partners.
- Experience managing several projects at the same time.
- Knowledge of methods, including terminology, structure, roles and processes (e.g. or ).
- Knowledge of .
- Knowledge of Purview or experience with programmes.
- Experience with steering groups, management reporting and decision-making processes.
- Willingness to sign an IT code of conduct and non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
