A financial institution is strengthening its professional loans product team with a Junior Business Analyst. The role focuses on turning business needs into clear requirements, business process analysis and data reporting, using tools such as MS Office to support product delivery and decision-making.
The mission
The professional loans product area brings together business stakeholders, product owners, architects, designers and technology delivery teams. The business analyst contributes to a structured requirements process covering business, stakeholder, solution and transition needs, so that product changes remain aligned with business and technology strategies.
You will work across the project lifecycle, from requirements elicitation and analysis through design reviews, testing and delivery support. Your work will connect the business community with technical teams, clarify expected product behaviour and help establish metrics and performance goals for the application.
Your responsibilities
- Elicit and document business, stakeholder, solution and transition requirements for the professional loans product.
- Analyse and design business processes, product requirements and use cases so that designers and delivery teams have a clear basis for implementation.
- Define and maintain requirements traceability, supporting impact analysis, coverage analysis and continuity of business knowledge across project activities.
- Translate requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for product, performance and user acceptance testing.
- Coordinate with product owners, project managers, architects, subject matter experts and internal or external technology delivery teams to manage dependencies and support timely decisions.
- Review designs, prototypes and other requirements work products, contributing to quality management reviews and ensuring alignment with agreed requirements.

- Bring at least 0 years of relevant experience, making this role suitable for a recently graduated or early-career Junior Business Analyst.
