Job description
We are looking for a Junior Test Specialist to test new and existing web applications supporting nitrogen management measures. You will work with analysts and developers to check that functionality covers how the applications are used in practice.
Your role
- Test new and existing functionality.
- Turn functional specifications into test cases and scenarios.
- Run tests and communicate the results to the team.
- Ensure tests cover day-to-day use of the applications as fully as possible.
- Work with analysts and developers and report to the project manager.
You have
- At least one year of test specialist experience with small business-critical or larger non-business-critical applications.
- Experience with automated testing.
- Experience with formal test methods and techniques.
- Experience testing web applications.
- At least one year of experience with relational databases.
- At least one year of experience with SQL.
- At least one year of experience with Azure DevOps Test Plans.
- Knowledge of functional testing.
- Dutch at C2 level.
A plus
- At least one year of experience with Oracle Database.
- Experience supporting the business with testing.
- Experience with Scrum.
- Knowledge of specialist testing suites or tools.
- Open and transparent communication.
