We're looking for a Lead Engineer & Technical Instructor to lead hands-on identity and access management (IAM) engineering and train engineers on Ping Identity platforms. This senior role combines complex deployments, automation and practical coaching across the identity lifecycle.
What you'll do
- Configure Ping services and troubleshoot OAuth 2.0, SAML, OIDC and SCIM.
- Automate cloud-native IAM infrastructure and CI/CD delivery.
- Integrate business applications and apply identity governance controls.
- Coach engineers through workshops and complex Ping implementations.
- Maintain secure deployments, least-privilege access, high availability and disaster recovery.
- Deliver work in Scrum or Kanban and maintain code and documentation standards.
What you bring
- 10+ years of enterprise IAM engineering, infrastructure deployment and technical enablement experience.
- Hands-on expertise with PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud and the wider Ping/ForgeRock ecosystem.
- Experience with PingAM, PingIDM, PingDS, Ping Gateway, PingOne DaVinci, One Identity and SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Strong DevOps skills, including Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD, Terraform and Ansible.
- Experience with Agile Scrum, PRINCE2, application integration, identity governance and coaching staff.
- Certified Ping Instructor for PingAM, PingIDM, PingDS, Ping Gateway, PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud and PingOne DaVinci.
- Master's degree in cybersecurity, or equivalent extensive practical experience.
- Dutch (B2) and English (B2).
- Ability to explain what an RCS is in PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud and why it is needed.
