M365 Sharepoint IT Engineer Senior

We're looking for a senior M365 SharePoint engineer to design and deliver large-scale document management solutions across Microsoft 365. You’ll shape repository architecture, migrations and automated content processing, including OCR and metadata enrichment.

What you'll do:

• Design SharePoint repository architectures for large document volumes.
• Define metadata models, taxonomies, content types and classification rules.
• Build Power Automate workflows for complex business processes.
• Prepare and oversee complex SharePoint migrations.
• Implement OCR and automated content extraction in SharePoint.
• Apply retention, records management, archiving and security controls.

What you bring:

• Experience with repositories holding hundreds of thousands to millions of documents.
• Expertise in SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Search, Entra ID and SharePoint Premium.
• Complex document management migrations using SPMT, Microsoft Migration Manager or ShareGate.
• Document and archive management, including ingestion workflows and retention strategies.
• Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN), electronic signatures and information architecture.
• Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps, plus PnP provisioning and scripting.
• Azure integrations, Blob Storage, Logic Apps and Key Vault.
• SharePoint REST API, Microsoft Graph API and OData.
• OCR, content processing and AI-based metadata enrichment in SharePoint environments.
• GDPR, NIS2, ISO 27001 and regulated document management.
• PRINCE2, Agile, Waterfall, Scrum and test management.
• English, French and Dutch at C1.
