Turn the repetitive parts of AML into practical AI tools that analysts can trust. In this hands-on role, you will move from observing KYC and investigation pain points to testing usable assistants, with human oversight, traceability and regulatory control built in from the start.
Your Mission You will work alongside AML analysts and team leads at a regulated organization in Brussels, mapping where case preparation, document review, information extraction and quality checks consume time. You will prioritise quick wins, build prototypes or AI agents, test them with users and refine them against real feedback. Your work will support KYC, KYT, due diligence, transaction monitoring and investigations while measuring time saved and leaving behind documented, reusable solutions. The trade-off is clear: this is a fully on-site role, suited to someone who wants direct access to the people using what they build.
Your Profile You bring: Required Skills
- AML operations, compliance and financial crime knowledge
- KYC, KYT and Due Diligence processes
- AI assistants, AI agents and GenAI solutions
- Ability to build prototypes and working solutions independently
- Experience working directly with business users
- Agile and experimental delivery
- A pragmatic, delivery-oriented, curious and hands-on approach
- Ability to explain AI concepts in simple language; fluent English, Dutch and French

What You Receive Although the budget for this role is not disclosed, you receive a permanent CDI contract, 13.92 months of salary and tax-free benefits including meal vouchers, telework and internet allowances and eco-cheques. Hospitalisation and group insurance are included, alongside EUR 2,000 per year for training so your AI and AML depth keeps growing beyond this assignment.
