This senior digital marketing expert and project manager role combines online campaign analysis and permanent optimisation with Agile project management, covering content, channel selection and measurable customer outcomes.
The mission
The Digital Marketing Chapter within Marketing & Communications supports SEO/GEO, social media marketing, performance media, content marketing and conversion optimisation. It works on online visibility, brand awareness, lead and sales generation, and the consistency of digital journeys. Specialist chapter experts provide coaching and quality assurance to cluster and squad practitioners.
As the generalist for a business segment or domain squad, you will own relevant digital journeys end to end. You will define priorities with marketing and IT stakeholders, maintain an optimisation backlog, and use A/B tests and CRO experiments to improve performance. Your scope also includes content architecture, paid, owned and earned touchpoints, retargeting support, CMS changes and content migrations for customers in Belgium.
Your responsibilities
- Own digital journeys from traffic acquisition to micro-conversion, aligning improvements with segment objectives.
- Analyse online campaign and journey performance, turning findings into prioritised optimisation actions.
- Plan and run A/B tests, CRO experiments and digital journey optimisation pilots, documenting measurable results.
- Design content structures and architectures that support customer journeys, search visibility and accessibility.
- Advise marketing managers on the appropriate mix of paid, owned and earned digital channels and retargeting strategies.
- Coordinate project scope, priorities and delivery for campaign initiatives, CMS changes and content migrations.
Your profile
Essential skills
- Bring at least 5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, marketing communications or a technical project environment, with hands-on experience of digital platforms and campaigns.
- Manage several projects or workstreams involving multiple stakeholders, with clear scope, priorities and delivery follow-up.
- Apply online campaign analysis, permanent optimisation and digital marketing concepts to business decisions.
- Use Agile methodologies and structured problem-solving to move initiatives from analysis to implementation.
- Communicate, negotiate and build alignment effectively with marketing, IT and business stakeholders.
- Combine strategic thinking with an analytical mind, attention to detail, ownership and a goal-oriented approach.
Preferred skills
- Apply SEO/GEO, social media marketing, media performance campaigns, content marketing or CRO in a digital transformation context.
- Experience with content design and architecture, digital journey optimisation, retargeting or CMS and content migration projects.
- Practical knowledge of Adobe, Google Analytics, Figma, Semrush or Content Square.
