Medior Application Delivery Coordinator

We're looking for a delivery coordinator to organise Agile software development and make delivery more predictable. You'll establish clear intake and shared prioritisation for a large backlog with limited capacity and recurring technical problems.

What you'll do

• Coordinate software delivery from sprint planning through testing and releases.
• Facilitate business prioritisation within agreed capacity and budget.
• Validate change requests before adding them to the backlog.
• Maintain product vision, objectives, strategy and roadmap.
• Resolve operational problems that disrupt developers' focus.
• Establish repeatable intake, prioritisation and delivery processes.

What you bring

• At least three years coordinating Agile software delivery, including backlog management, sprint planning, estimates, progress tracking, testing and releases.
• Three years communicating between business stakeholders and developers.
• Three years facilitating competing priorities within limited capacity and budget.
• Three years developing and maintaining product vision, objectives, strategy and roadmaps.
• Three years setting up or improving intake, prioritisation or delivery processes.
• Experience in Product Ownership, Delivery Management or a similar software role.
• Agile development training with Product Owner or Product Manager certification.
• Independent, structured problem-solving, critical judgement and openness to coaching.
• Dutch, C2.

Nice to have

• Requirements analysis, definition and impact assessment across stakeholders.
• Project management covering costs, timelines, planning and estimates.
• Familiarity with Dynamics CRM, Angular and Java.

Good to know

• Two days per week.
• The role excludes independent responsibility for business analysis, architecture, people management and contract management.
