We're looking for a senior 365 Engineer with strong expertise. You'll harden, govern and recover collaboration workloads, focusing on cyber-resilience rather than first- or second-line administration.
What you'll do
- Design sites, hubs, permissions, sharing and content types.
- Strengthen collaboration security, backup, recovery and .
- Configure Conditional Access, MFA, PIM and application consent.
- Implement Purview sensitivity labels, DLP and retention.
- Automate inventory and administration with .
- Document architecture, standards and recovery runbooks for handover.
What you bring
- 4+ years with 365 and hands-on .
- Experience across , Teams, OneDrive and .
- Practical knowledge of least privilege, guest access and external-sharing risks.
- Intermediate expertise: compliance policies, configuration profiles and Conditional Access.
- Intermediate skills across 365, SharePoint, and .
- Junior to intermediate Microsoft Purview expertise.
- At least one cyber-resilience, tenant-hardening, backup/restore, information-protection or incident-recovery programme.
