We're looking for a senior Microsoft E5 Implementation & Security Programme Manager to coordinate a secure Microsoft 365 E5 rollout. You'll align ICT teams and stakeholders, track security risks and licensing, and support governance without taking over technical delivery or security decisions.
What you'll do
- Plan the E5 roadmap, milestones and dependencies.
- Coordinate the rollout with ICT teams and monitor progress.
- Assess E5 configuration, identity, access and security workloads.
- Identify risks and propose controls.
- Track Microsoft and reseller delivery and licence usage.
- Document decisions, configurations and handover; report progress and risks.
What you bring
- Senior experience independently coordinating rollouts; SFIA level 4 (Enable).
- Microsoft 365 E5 services, including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
- Entra ID (Azure AD), conditional access and MFA.
- E5 security and compliance across cloud, hybrid and mobile environments.
- Cybersecurity, information security, GRC, NIS 2 and GDPR fundamentals.
- Clear technical and non-technical communication; structured, solution-focused work and careful documentation.
- Bachelor's or master's in IT or information systems, or equivalent experience.
- Dutch or French (B2), English (B2).
Nice to have
- Intune, AD, ADFS or SCCM experience; Microsoft certifications; knowledge of both Dutch and French.
