Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into precise technical analyses and solution designs for Dynamics CRM, ensuring traceability and measurable outcomes.
- Design and implement Power Automate flows and CRM configurations to automate processes, reduce manual effort and improve data quality.
- Configure CRM components, validate integrations and support release cycles, including upgrade planning and testing.
- Collaborate with functional analysts and stakeholders on-site to prioritise needs, run workshops and deliver pragmatic technical solutions.
- Produce clear technical documentation, support acceptance testing and provide post-release support to ensure stable operation.
Required Skills
- Strong working knowledge of Dynamics CRM, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience.
- Proven ability to translate functional analyses into technical designs, with a minimum of 3 years in a medior role.
- Practical experience developing Power Automate flows within Dynamics CRM and integrating automation across processes.
- At least 3 years experience with CRM or comparable enterprise platforms and integrations.
- Fluent Dutch (CEFR C2), able to lead workshops, write technical documentation and liaise with business stakeholders.
- Strong communication and analytical orientation, demonstrated in cross-functional delivery contexts.
Nice to Have
- Experience translating business needs into functional analyses (3+ years).
- Higher education (Bachelor or Master) in a technical or engineering field, or equivalent ICT experience.
