Shape how CRM and ERP meet: as the MS Dynamics CRM Technische Business Owner /Analyst/Developer you'll use your Dynamics CRM and SAP expertise to design integrations, automate processes with Power Automate and own the on-site delivery of the solution in Belgium.
Role Overview
This senior technical-business role gives you ownership of the Dynamics CRM product and responsibility for integrating it with the SAP landscape to improve business outcomes. You'll translate business needs into functional and technical specifications, lead operational SAP support and drive automation to streamline financial, customer and reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the functional and technical ownership of Dynamics CRM, prioritizing enhancements that deliver measurable business value.
- Translate stakeholder requests into clear functional analyses and technical specifications for developers and integrators.
- Design and implement robust integrations between Dynamics CRM and multiple ERP/SAP modules, optimizing the ERP/SAP data model for consistent data flows.
- Manage operational aspects of SAP systems on-site, resolve production incidents, and coordinate upgrades and parameter changes.
- Build and maintain Power Automate workflows originating from Dynamics CRM to automate processes, reporting and approvals.
- Produce clear technical documentation, operational runbooks and reports; coach stakeholders to ensure change adoption.
Required Skills
- Technical degree (Bachelor or Master) or equivalent hands-on experience in engineering/ICT.
- 5+ years' senior experience with Dynamics CRM, including configuration, customization and technical ownership.
- 5+ years' experience in operational management of SAP systems with demonstrable knowledge of the ERP/SAP data model.
- Proven capability to analyse ERP/SAP business processes and produce process and technical specifications (5+ years preferred).
- Hands-on experience designing and deploying Power Automate solutions from Dynamics CRM.
- Fluent Dutch (CEFR C2) and strong communication & analytical skills to engage stakeholders across teams.
