We're looking for a senior Network Security Engineer to install, configure and manage F5 Advanced Web Application Firewall infrastructure. You'll protect applications and systems through continuous security monitoring, risk analysis and incident response.
What you'll do:
- Install, configure and manage F5 AWAF infrastructure.
- Monitor systems and respond to attacks, network intrusions and malware incidents.
- Develop and document security policies, then track their implementation.
- Assess technical risks and remediate identified vulnerabilities.
- Recommend secure partner connections over intranet and internet.
- Document technical work and write incident reports.
What you bring:
- Five years of IT security experience, with autonomous delivery and crisis response.
- Hands-on experience with F5 AWAF, APM, ASM, LTM, Identity Provider and SSL VPN.
- Knowledge of network and application firewalls, routers, stateful packet inspection, Palo Alto, Forcepoint and Panorama.
- Familiarity with monitoring, vulnerability scanning and log correlation tools, including Splunk, Nessus and Elastic SIEM.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL, SNMP, Wi-Fi security (WEP, WPA, WPA2) and encryption principles.
- Experience with remote-access and site-to-site VPNs, web proxies and Citrix terminal-server solutions.
- Clear written and verbal communication, with precise technical and incident documentation.
- A degree in IT or electronics, or equivalent proven experience.
- French, Dutch and English at B2 level.
