We're looking for a senior GIS developer to complete a GIS migration and improve an FME environment. You'll work with FME Form and FME Flow, combining technical delivery with coaching and training.
What you'll do
- Migrate FME workspaces and FME Flow processes to the target architecture.
- Optimise FME workflows for performance, maintainability, reuse and reliability.
- Improve automation, monitoring, logging and management of FME Flow processes.
- Integrate GIS platforms with databases and .
- Lead technical analyses and recommend future GIS and data integration improvements.
- Coach GIS colleagues and deliver FME training and workshops.
What you bring
- At least 10 years' GIS experience, including five years developing GIS systems.
- Deep expertise in FME Form and FME Flow.
- Knowledge of ETL processes.
- Experience with geocoding, vector and raster graphics formats, rescaling and manipulating data.
- Ability to write queries for the relevant database environment.
- Experience coaching and training GIS staff.
- Strong communication skills to facilitate technical discussions and guide stakeholders through change.
- FME Certified Professional certification.
- FME Certified Trainer certification.
- FME Server Certified Professional Flow certification.
