We're looking for a senior Operations Officer to support operational work combining technical and business experience, with a focus on finance and banking products.
What you'll do
- Apply technical and business experience to operational work.
- Communicate diplomatically and provide customer-oriented support.
- Work independently and solve operational problems.
- Maintain accuracy and quality under pressure.
What you bring
- At least two years of relevant experience, including technical and business experience.
- Strong MS Office skills and familiarity with various IT tools.
- Strong interest in finance and banking products.
- Knowledge of AML alerts.
- Dutch (C2), French (C2) and English (C1).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of KYC.
