Job description
We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to support accurate, timely salary processing and statutory reporting. You will join an operational HR team and help implement payroll changes in SAP HR, from testing through to validation.
Your role
- Follow monthly payroll calculations through to salary payment and carry out the associated controls.
- Prepare and follow up statutory declarations, including social security and payroll withholding tax, within the applicable deadlines.
- Follow legal and internal changes and help implement them in SAP HR.
- Test new or amended processes and provide feedback.
- Work with HR specialists and technical analysts on day-to-day operations and payroll-related projects.
- Escalate process issues to the team lead and help keep procedures up to date.
You have
- Four to six years of professional experience in payroll.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Dutch at C2 level.
- French at C2 level.
- English at C2 level.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of HR systems.
- Knowledge of case management tools.
- Knowledge of SAP HR.
A plus

- Knowledge of payroll tax forms.
