A financial services organisation is standardising its card processes and documenting the workflows that support card products, customer operations, and incident handling. The Process Officer Cards role combines technical writing and process modelling techniques, using tools such as Visio and ARIS to create clear, maintainable process documentation.
The mission
The organisation is reviewing existing business models and documenting end-to-end AS IS workflows for card-related activities. This includes mapping work flow processes, updating process documentation, and establishing a consistent view of how activities, controls, and handovers operate across the business. The work supports operational clarity and provides a reliable basis for process improvement and incident management.
You will analyse existing processes, translate business knowledge into structured documentation, and make process information accessible to business and operational stakeholders. Your work will connect detailed flow charts and process descriptions with the broader card operating model, ensuring that changes are recorded accurately and that stakeholders have a shared understanding of their responsibilities.
