A major Belgian financial institution is expanding an enterprise AI assistant and agent platform that gives employees secure access to knowledge, task automation, and AI-supported collaboration. As Senior Product Owner, you will shape product strategy and Agile delivery for Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and contextual AI agents used across the organisation.
The mission
The platform combines enterprise knowledge retrieval, Retrieval-Augmented Generation architectures for enterprise knowledge, prompt engineering, conversational design, and AI agent and multi-agent orchestration concepts. Its roadmap balances employee productivity with AI guardrails, content filtering, safety mechanisms, and the requirements of a regulated banking environment in Belgium. Core capabilities, contextual agents, adoption programmes, and API-based integrations are delivered iteratively. AI evaluation frameworks cover quality, grounding, hallucination, accuracy, and relevance, supported by AI observability and performance measurement.
You will own the product from vision through backlog delivery and value realization. You will translate AI transformation priorities into product objectives, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria, making scope and sequencing decisions with the delivery team. Daily collaboration includes the Scrum Master, development, Data & AI, Risk, Legal, Compliance, HR, Transformation Office, and senior leadership. You will link releases to MAU, WAU, conversations, satisfaction, productivity gains, and agent usage.
